Bagels

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 egg white

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix the flour, baking and salt in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix with a spatula. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Add a bit more flour if too sticky. Divide dough ball into 4 smaller balls. Roll each ball into a snake, and connect to bake a bagel shape. Brush each bagel with egg white, and season with whatever you choose! Place bagels on a baking sheet, on greased parchment paper. Bake on the top rack for 25 min.
