Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1 cup Fairlife ultraskim milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup shredded carrot
cinnamon to taste
optional toppings: raisins, chopped nuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a jar and refrigerate overnight. Note - This tastes better if it sits in the fridge for a few days! Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds in the morning before serving.
