Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients

1 can cooked chicken (I use Kirkland brand from Costco)

1/4 cup shredded parmesan

1 egg

Directions

Spread the chicken out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 until the moisture is removed. Once the chicken has dried out, add it to a food processor with the other ingredients and pulse until it is well mixed. Use a spatula to press the mixture into a pizza shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake it until desired crispiness is achieved. This will depend on how moist your chicken was to begin with. I recommend checking it at 10 min intervals. Once baked, add your toppings and bake one last time to finish your pizza!
