Chicken Fajita Soup
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (approx 10oz)
2 peppers, diced
ยฝ onion, diced
1 tbsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 28oz can diced tomato
2 cups bone broth
Directions
Dump everything in the crock-pot for 6-8 hours on low. Shred chicken, and serve! I like to add non-fat plain Greek yogurt, low-fat mozzarella and avocado as toppings to mine.
