Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

16 oz chicken breast, cubed

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp + 1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp flour

1 tsp olive oil

1 cup mixed veg (frozen mix of carrots/corn/peas)

2 eggs + 2 egg whites

1/2 cup rice (measured dry), cooked

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

 

Directions

Toss the cubed chicken in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, soy sauce and flour. Cook on high heat until each side is golden and crispy. Remove the chicken and cook the vegetable mix until heated through. Scramble the eggs in and stir until cooked. Add in the rice, remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine well.
