Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
12 oz chicken breast, cubed
chicken seasoning: 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chili powder, s+p to taste
1 tbsp crushed garlic
100g non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup rice, uncooked
rice seasoning: 1/2 tsp salt, turmeric, cumin
1 onion, finely chopped
sauce seasoning: 1/2 tsp of all spices used for chicken
250g crushed tomatoes
100g light cream cheese or yogurt
Directions
Marinate the chicken cubes in a mixture of the chicken seasoning, garlic and yogurt, and then cook on medium heat until golden brown. Prepare the rice by adding the seasoning before cooking. To make the sauce, sautee the onions until soft, then add the remaining ingredients. Cook until smooth and creamy, and then add the chicken back in.
