Turkey Meatloaf

From my kids’ cook book! “The Big, Fun Kids Cookbook”

Ingredients

454g ground turkey (1 pack)

1 small onion, diced

1/3 c. breadcrumbs

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1 large egg, beaten

1/2 c. ketchup

S+P

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine the turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, celery, egg, and 2 tablespoons of ketchup, S+P in a bowl. Mix with your hands until just combined, then scrape into the loaf pan. Combine the rest of the ketchup with the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the loaf. Bake in the oven for 50 min. Serve with peas and mashed potatoes to match the book:)
