Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
545 g ground turkey (1 package)
6 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
4 tbsp zucchini, finely shredded
4 tbsp reduced fat mozzarella
2 tsp pesto

Directions
Mix everything together in a big bowl. Form walnut-sized meatballs with your hands. Cook in a non-stick pan with a little bit of fat until browned on all sides and cooked through. I find it helpful to cover with a lid to help the inside cook…Serve with pasta, on a salad, or however else you want!
