Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

½ cup oats

½ cup cottage cheese

½ cup egg white

1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

Blend the oats, cottage cheese and egg whites in a blender until smooth. Pour into a hot greased pan (I like to use coconut oil spray) and make pancakes!
