Sweet and Spicy Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
1 whole “old fashioned Lavash bread”
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup reduced-fat pizza mozzarella
6 oz chicken breast, cooked and diced
1/3 cup diced pineapple
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
pickled jalapeños to taste
4 tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free BB sauce
hot sauce to taste
Directions
Bake the Lavash bread on its own for approximately 3-5 min at 350 until crispy. Remove from the oven and cover with sauce, cheese, and remaining toppings. Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and just beginning to brown. Broil for an additional minute if desired.
