Tuna Pasta Bake

Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 red onion

1/2 red onion

1/2 red pepper

1/2 green pepper

1 can diced tomatoes

s+p to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp red chilli flakes

2 cans tuna

40g frozen corn

110g uncooked pasta

50g mozzarella

Directions

Boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Saute onions and peppers until cooked. Add tomatoes and seasoning and continue to cook for a few minutes. Stir in tuna, corn and cooked pasta. Transfer to a glass baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.
